No. Homeowners receive dues reminders and violation notices by email and pay via a Stripe payment link — no login required on their end.
How does the AI violation scanner work?

Is our data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — your HOA's data is never visible to other communities. Payments run through Stripe. We never store card numbers.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of the billing period.
